To configure a web part, click on the blue bar containing the name of the web part you wish to configure.
To edit content, select any of the editable regions below.
The Jonas CLIENT GATEWAY provides you with direct access to your Account Details and Status of Cases. You may also create your own case for Support follow-up and request CD’s for Version Update.
Version upgrades are now located in the “Downloads” section of the Client Gateway. These downloads will enable you to go from 12.1 to 12.2 or 12.2 to 12.3. CD requests for version upgrades will no longer be required as a result. For more information, please contact Support.
